I have a weakness for monochromes, so although I like the colour shot very much, I think I prefer the second one. You have done a very interesting interpretation of simplicity and I like it. Simplicity is not only reducing elements it is also about finding symmetry and coincidence of elements.

I like today's photo too, a more conventional interpretation of yesterday's assignment, but an excellent shot, and the processing is perfect to create the mood.

I seem to like the first one although I like the b/w shots.

Nice close square framing and I like the patterns on the cactus.
