Converted to black/white in PE 7, Lit with a shoot through umbrella and red gel to camera right. The gel was an experiment and what it did was outline the rose which helped when converting to black and white. It also enhanced the green.

oh i LOVE it, I wanted that book for Christmas but Santa got me a flash instead, still related lol! I had forgotten about it, must hit amazon now!
