Dave loves to cook and for the past couple of years he's been picking up cast iron skillets. He now uses them almost exclusively.
He's made everything in them from breakfast to dinner, desserts to stews. He has several sizes and shapes. He loves those things.
He has learned just about everything there is to learn about them.
He loves stuffed green peppers but knows I don't eat ground beef so he made up this recepe. Uses chicken, rice and cream of celery soup. They turned out delicious.
I wasn't happy with the picture so I added several layers of texture - LOL
