The daily shoot:
#ds372 Make a photograph dominated by horizontal lines or compositional elements that go all the way across the frame.
I used a flash light to give the teddy a "spot light" effect.
•Moving on is simple, what you leave behind that makes it difficult.
This Teddy is approximately 27 years old. I found it stored away with some old stuff. He kept my oldest company for many, many years. Prayer bear.
I used a flash light to light him.

I love the dramatic lighting, Sandra! Very creative interpretation of the challenge! Great image!
Excellent compositino, sharp, great lighting! I can see where those daily challenges really get the old noodle going!
I love the lighting best of all. He's in the spotlight.
I like the concept very much. I've been playing around in my mind the idea of doing a portrait lit by a single flashlight, similarly to how you've done this one.
What makes this one stand out in my view is the very subtle lighting on the edge of the steps above the teddy.
This is very creative and I have to say thanks for the idea (I'm gonna steal it :)
I love this - it has a slightly sad, poignant feel to it. The spotlight effect is just perfect for this shot.
I love the lighting, too. I tend to shy away from lighting, thinking it has to be "pro lighting gear", when in reality, it can be as simple as a flashlight.
So you've inspired me to do something similar - thank you!
Like others, I do like the creative lighting. I think the dark shadow of the teddy along with the lighting on the edges makes this shot standout.
Vice work Sandra!
