Got in really late last night, layovers and such, and on my way to work,
just wanted to share a quick "Hello, I've missed you all!"
and this image was taken from the plane as we were departing, 50mm, Nikon D-700. I will update the blog more later. It was a great vacation but as always, it's nice to be home.

I can't wait to see shots from your vacation! This one is awesome!
Welcome "home!"
Great to see you back! Beautiful picture - I always seem to end up on the side of the plane with a view of the sky or the airport, LOL.
Welcome back home.. Great to hear you had great time!
Looking forward to see more pictures from the trip!
Welcome back.
Glad to hear your trip was wonderful and looking forward to the pictures.
That is a fantastic picture! Detail, color, composition. Great! I spent six weeks in Bucerias once. Love that part of Mexico. What kind of camera and lens are you using?
Sorry, you said what camera and lens you're using. Thanks. I must upgrade from my Pentax IstD. I've used a Pentax SLR all my adult life. But it's time for a change.
Looking forward to seeing what you have taken over the vacation. I can speak only for myself, but sometimes going somewhere new results in such a large set of great photos I am usually very intimidated to tackle the processing. The best thing you can do is (if you have a similar problem) is just tackle them head on and don't leave your fans waiting :)
@Levonne, If you have an investment in Pentax lenses it may make sense to try one of the newer generation of Pentax cameras rather than switching. I use a K7 and have taken the best photos I've ever taken, with it. The K5 (a generation newer than my K7) is reputed to be the best crop sensor camera of the current generation, beating the Nikon D7000 in DxOMark by a hair.
