I don't know how long this has been up or who painted it. It's another nice display of Building Art. It has faded pretty badly and has started to peel. I saturated the colors for a nice pop.
This image is actually 4 images "stitched" together so I could get the whole picture in. I've left the road block "horse" on the bottom left so that you can see the actual size of the building.
