I took several pictures today but I will not be posting them as I was not happy with then at all.
So I edited some of my Michigan Pictures and here are a few. Aren't these kids so cute?

Michigan and Spring Snow Storm 154 & 155/365

As some of you already know, I was in St. Joseph, Michigan yesterday for a One Photosource Meet up. It's a fun Forum and if you are looking to learn about photography or already know a lot about photography but just need a place to share your work - take a look at the site and just let them know I sent you that way. It was so wonderful meeting all of the people I've chatted with for months. Finally got to meet them in person and for the few I had already met before, it was nice seeing you again!!! My friend Pam drove and we spent the night out there.

I have many, many awesome images but I've had some computer glitches today, so I haven't been able to post them yet. I will soon, but this one was one of the last ones I took. By this time in the evening a lot of the photographers and models had left - there were only the 10 of us left. We had tons of fun.




and of coarse tonight we are having a snow storm. Yeap it's a spring snow storm. It's falling pretty hard. This image is from my back steps, it's my grape vines covered in the stuff that is still falling pretty hard and it's backlit by my neighbors night light. SS was very, very slow ISO1000 and hand held. I know a big no,no but hey, did I mention it's a snow storm?

A Yorkie and her Boy 153/365

Elli & Mr. G belong to my co-worker. She was worried about how the puppy would act but she seemed to love the camera. This was so much fun - no stress just a good ole time. Pretty cute I think.

Spent a little time with Isabella today.
Amongst other things we painted. I currently have 4 originals hanging in my home. Not bad for a 2 year old. When I'm painting she says "oh so petty" to encourage me to continue painting. Hmm, wonder where she got that from.
By the way "Mommy" she thinks you've been at "work" too long.
You know how she says thathak? She know uses the word "thanks"
In 2 weeks her vocabulary has grown a lot. Cannot wait to see you tomorrow.

Something really old . . .151/365

This, still functioning, lantern has been sitting in our shed for years. I have not idea how old it is or where it came from. Add some kerosene oil and a wick and it's good to go. They don't make things like they used too.
In this first image I converted it to black and white then I added a filter of "red" to get that color tint.



I set this up outside and positioned it in front of the sunshine so that the light would go through the red glass. It looks like it's lit but it's the sun shining through it.
